• Scan it — A scanner gives the clearest image and is my preferred method
• Take a photo — If you don't have access to a scanner, a photo works great too. Here's how to get the best results: Hold your camera as straight as possible (perpendicular to the page), make sure all four corners of the template are in the frame, and photograph in natural light near a window. Avoid harsh shadows or artificial lighting. A clear, well-lit photo is just as good as a scan.

That's actually the fun part — I clean it up and make it work. If your letters vary slightly, I'll smooth that out while keeping the character and personality of your handwriting. The goal is to make it look better than your natural writing, not robotic.

Absolutely, it's your handwriting! Your custom font license includes personal and commercial use. You can use it on products you sell, in your business, on social media — anywhere you want.

Font Forward includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. If you want tweaks after that, we can discuss additional refinement work.

You'll receive your font in three formats: TTF (TrueType), OTF (OpenType), and WOFF (webfont). This covers Mac, PC, and web use — everything you need.

Instructions come with your files, but it's simple: On Mac, drag the font files to Font Book. On Windows, right-click and select "Install." Then restart your design software and your font will appear in the font list.

Not directly through Canva's interface, but you can use it in other design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, etc.) and import images into Canva. If you want your font in Canva specifically, the Canva Brand Kit Setup add-on doesn't add the font itself, but it organizes your brand colors and other assets for easy access.

The base Font Forward includes one standard style. If you want a second complementary style (like a script version or a bold version), that's the Second Style add-on for +$100.

Most custom fonts are delivered within 24–48 hours. Complex orders or high volume may take up to 3 business days. You'll get a specific timeline when you order.

Yes, I need your real signature to make this work. After you order, I'll ask you to email a high-quality scan or photo. The more detail I can see, the better the final result.

That's fine. I'll work with you to refine it into something that's still you but more legible and professional. We can do multiple layout variations if you want different versions (simplified, stacked, horizontal).

Your signature is the logo. I digitize and refine it into a professional mark you can use anywhere. If you want something more elaborate (like adding a tagline, a second mark, or a full brand lockup), that's the Handwritten Logo or Tagline Lockup add-ons.

Your files are delivered permanently to you — they're yours to keep and use forever. I'll send them via email and/or a secure download link that stays active for 30 days (plenty of time to download). After that, you'll always have the files on your computer.

Revisions are included with every service. If something doesn't feel right, tell me and I'll adjust it. My goal is for you to absolutely love what you get.

Because custom design work is created specifically for you and can't be resold, refunds are generally not offered. However, if there's a major issue, reach out — we can work something out.

Yes. Everything is custom-created for you. Your font and logo are yours alone — I don't use them for anyone else, and I won't reuse your design.
